In December, we conducted a presentation of the OPERATION project to a group of young adults in Lithuania. The primary objective of this presentation was to introduce the project, its goals, and the planned activities for the upcoming summer. The aim was not only to raise awareness but also to generate interest and enthusiasm among the target audience. It was heartening to observe the positive reception from the young adults, evident in their keen interest and expressed eagerness to participate in the project activities.

These local meetings proved to be invaluable as they provided us with an opportunity to receive initial feedback and evaluation directly from the target demographic. By engaging with the young adult group, we gained insights into their perspectives on the project's relevance and potential impact. Their feedback helped us better understand their needs, preferences, and expectations, allowing us to tailor our activities to better serve their interests.

Furthermore, these interactions enabled us to identify which activities would be most beneficial and engaging for this specific target group. By actively involving them in the planning process, we ensured that the project's activities resonated with their interests and addressed their needs effectively. This participatory approach not only enhanced the relevance and effectiveness of our initiatives but also fostered a sense of ownership and investment among the young adults, increasing their likelihood of active participation and sustained engagement throughout the project duration.

In summary, the local meetings in Lithuania served as a valuable platform for engaging with the target audience, gathering feedback, and refining our project strategies to better align with their interests and aspirations. By fostering meaningful dialogue and collaboration, we set a solid foundation for a successful and impactful project implementation, with the active involvement and support of the young adult community.
