In December, we organized a presentation of the OPERATION project to a group of adults in Turkey. The primary purpose of this presentation was to introduce the project, its objectives, and the planned activities for the upcoming summer. The goal was to raise awareness and generate interest among the target audience. It was encouraging to witness the positive response from the young adults, evident in their enthusiastic interest and expressed willingness to participate in the project activities.
These local gatherings proved to be invaluable as they provided us with an opportunity to receive initial feedback and evaluation directly from the target demographic. By engaging with the young adult group, we gained insights into their perspectives on the project's relevance and potential impact. Their feedback helped us gain a better understanding of their needs, preferences, and expectations, allowing us to tailor our activities to better serve their interests. Furthermore, these interactions enabled us to identify which activities would be most beneficial and engaging for this specific target group. By actively involving them in the planning process, we ensured that the project's activities resonated with their interests and addressed their needs effectively. This participatory approach not only enhanced the relevance and effectiveness of our initiatives but also fostered a sense of ownership and investment among the young adults, increasing their likelihood of active participation and sustained engagement throughout the project duration. In summary, the local meetings in Turkey served as a valuable platform for engaging with the target audience, gathering feedback, and refining our project strategies to better align with their interests and aspirations. By fostering meaningful dialogue and collaboration, we set a solid foundation for a successful and impactful project implementation, with the active involvement and support of the young adult community
