Lithuanian apples and Jerusalem artichokes education in Alytaus rajonas

We had a wonderful day in Alytus district. We had a great day in Alytus, by the sounding fountain, where we gave an education about apples to the participants of the Erasmus+ Outdoor Experiential Education and Sustainable growth project.
Apples are quite a common fruit in Lithuania, but not everyone thinks that this very healthy fruit can be enjoyed in other, less known ways. Participants had the opportunity to increase their knowledge about sustainable use of natural resources and healthy alternatives.
Project aim: To educate the inhabitants of small towns and suburbs in Lithuania and Turkey to be role models in environmental protection and sustainable practices.
