Lithuanian beetroot education in Prienų rajonas

We had an interesting day in Prienai district, where we gave an education about beetroot to the participants of the Erasmus+ project "Outdoor Experiential Education and Sustainable growth".
Participants learned about beetroot and its valuable properties. We presented the benefits of beetroot and its good qualities. Participants had the opportunity to taste beetroot juice and beetroot itself prepared in a different way.
Project aim: To educate the inhabitants of small towns and suburbs in Lithuania and Turkey to be role models in environmental protection and sustainable practices.
