Lithuanian plant roots education in Raudondvaris

We had a wonderful day in Raudondvaris, where we educated the participants of the Erasmus+ Outdoor Experiential Education and Sustainable growth project about roots and their benefits.

Participants not only learned about roots and their valuable properties, but also actively participated in the search for them. We presented the benefits of dandelion and burdock roots and the subtleties of preparing these roots. Participants had the opportunity to deepen their knowledge about sustainable use of natural resources and healthy alternatives.

Project aim: To educate the inhabitants of small towns and suburbs in Lithuania and Turkey to be role models for environmental protection and sustainable practices.
