2024 07 28 Participants in the Erasmus+ project "Outdoor Experiential Education and Sustainable growth" had a special experience of meditation and breathing exercises in nature.

The peaceful natural sanctuary provided the ideal conditions for participants to relax and focus on breathing techniques and mindful meditation. We learnt how the rhythm of deep breaths can help to de-stress, balance emotions and find inner peace. Listening to the sounds of nature and merging with their surroundings, participants experienced a sense of harmony and balance that not only relaxed them, but also gave them more energy for their daily lives.

These practices helped participants discover how conscious breathing and meditation in the midst of nature can be powerful tools for both emotional well-being and physical health. They were amazed at the positive effects that simple but effective practices can have, which can easily be applied in their daily lives.

Project goal: To educate and promote sustainable and mindful practices among residents of small towns and suburbs in Lithuania and Turkey. Meditation and breathing exercises in nature are not only a way to regain strength, but also a means to connect more deeply with oneself and nature.

The project "Outdoor Experiential Education and Sustainable growth" is partly funded by the European Union.
