During the staff training in Turkey partner organization UMEKS has introduced the project information, objectives and all necesery information to succesfully implement the outdoor four-day programme.
The OEE program consists of four stages with corresponding learning styles: concrete experience (feeling), reflective observation (watching), abstract conceptualization (thinking), and active experimentation ( doing ) Team building - task distribution- knowlegde sharing and olive trees - olive oil, olive based products are the main target of the OEE program of the first day.
